Our Corporate Governance

We believe in transparency more than privacy.  Ortega Group’s strategic oversight is offered by a Board of Directors. Below the Board of Directors aka the Partners Council, is the leadership team currently led by Ian Ortega, as Managing Partner. Our governance is driven by the fundamentals of partnership and leadership. We believe everyone in this business is a partner and a leader and together we set out to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards as lived and exemplified through our values. We have a clear code of conduct, and policies that act as guides and path finders on our way to living and acting out Ugandan excellence.
