In March 2025, O.G will mark one year of existence. Within that year, we shall have pivoted about 3 times, till to this point where we’ve gotten clear on the three things that we do and breathe: Intelligence, Innovation and Strategy.
When you think about it, we are in the early years of the Intelligence Industry. We didn’t wait but we jumped in and joined those building and creating Intelligence in Uganda. If you really ask us, what’s the one thing that O.G does; ‘We build Intelligence’. Because that’s the actual thing that differentiates companies, and individuals.
When we started, there was nothing written on this platform, as we speak, we crossed the hundredth mark. We are soon getting out of that ‘gradually’ phase into the ‘suddenly’ phase. Gradually, you build, and few know about you or are talking about you. And then, suddenly everyone is talking about you everywhere.
We recognize that period is not far off, and we must adequately prepare for it. Any business should know how to build for these two phases. How to build in the ‘gradually’ phase and the expectations of this phase? How to build in the ‘suddenly’ phase and manage it? We shall soon tell you when we enter our own ‘Suddenly’ moment. It’s coming.
