The work that we do at Ortega Group is informed by these five values:
- Conscientiousness: We take our duties at Ortega Group seriously. We always believe it can be better, that the journey to perfection is never finished. We thus always ask more of ourselves at Ortega Group.
- Beauty: Everything we do should have a soul; it should be something that can stir a child. We live for the aesthetic; Ugandan excellence must always come with beauty.
- Self-transcendence: We believe in overcoming the limits of the self. We are constantly stretching the boundaries of Ugandan excellence. .
- Impact: We are constantly asking; ‘would it make a difference if Ortega Group didn’t exist?’ We thus work for high impact so that we can boldly answer that question with; ‘yes it would make a difference.’
- Sagacity: We approach every challenge with deep insight, intelligence and understanding. We know the systems approach to challenges. We do not attempt to over-simplify a problem, we look for the root causes and hack at those. .
